God put us here, all of us, humans, animals, sea life, to co-exist. Why is it that everytime you turn around, we are killing an animal, out of some sort of muscle flex, showing the animal kingdom that “we rule”? In the past few days, or maybe the past weekend, a bear in Reno, Nevada, had attacked a goat. I guess the goat was a protected species. The bear was doing what comes naturally, finding food, and going after it. It’s a matter of survival. Perhaps the bear has babies to feed. Anyway, they caught the bear after it attacked the goat, and they euthanized it. WHY? Who gives us the right to kill an animal? I also hate it when an animal kills a human, and then we go and kill that animal, as tit-for-tat. We humans have our environment, and the animals have theirs. We have no business going into their environment, and then bellyaching when an animal attacks us. Look at all the problems we humans are creating. SOOO many non-humans ending up on the endangered species list.
